Sandra (Sandy) K. Guest, nee Millard, age 76, of Collinsville, IL, born November 9, 1941 in Galva, IL, passed away Wednesday, November 15, 2017 at her residence.
Mrs. Guest retired as a nurse in 1994 from the Medical Surgical Clinic of Belleville. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Collinsville.
Sandy is preceded in death by her husband, Vernon (Vern) M. Guest, her parents Harrington and Ethel (nee Slonneger) Millard, one brother, Mark Millard and brother-in-law, Richard Jefford.
Surviving are her son, James L. Guest of Collinsville, IL; her daughter, Elaine M. Cortivo of St. Jacob, IL; a sister, Kathy Jefford of Washingon, IL; a grandson, Michael J. Cortivo of St. Jacob, IL; brother-in-law; Michael Katricka of Belleville, IL and three sister-in-laws; Dolores Martin of Belleville, IL, Mary Rose (Kenneth) Jones of Winston Salem, NC and Julie Carlson of NC.

Visitation will be Monday, November 20, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the Allan & Ciuferi Funeral Home in Collinsville.
Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a. m. Monday, November 20, 2017 at the funeral home with Chaplain Royal Boeder officiating. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Lutheran Cemetery in Collinsville, IL.
