Obituary for Carol C. Lochmann

Carol C. (nee Cable) Lochmann, age 66 of Collinsville, IL, formerly of Hendersonville, NC, passed away Thursday, February 6, 2025 at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, IL. She was born August 30, 1958 in Hendersonville, NC.


She is preceded in death by her mother, Mary Jo (nee Martin) Cable.


Carol is survived by her father, Clarence (Frances) Cable of Sun City Center, FL, her husband, Terry Lochmann of Collinsville, IL, one son, Ricky (Chasity) Woodard of Hendersonville, NC, one daughter, Debbie (John) Kuykendall of Hillsboro, MO, one brother, Philip (Michelle) Cable of Venice, FL, two sisters, Donna Lynn Cable of Arden, NC, and Kelly Goranson on Hendersonville, NC, five grandchildren, Aaron Levi (Emily) Kuykendall, Leah Kuykendall, Luke Woodard, Lindsey Kuykendall and Lane Woodard. Also surviving are a niece, Abbygail Goranson of Vail, CO, two step-daughters, Katie Owens of Virginia Beach, VA and Emily (Brian) Reulecke of Collinsville, IL and two step-grandsons, Jaxon Ownes and Evan Reulecke.


She attended Victory Baptist Church in Hendersonville, NC where she also taught Children’s Sunday School.


Carol was a dedicated crafter and enjoyed camping – Sam A. Baker State Park in MO being her favorite. She loved the beach and collecting seashells.


Memorials are requested to St. Jude’s Childrens Hospital.


Allan & Ciuferi Funeral Home, Collinsville, IL is handling the local arrangements.


She will be laid to rest in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Hendersonville, NC.
