Obituary for Gayle E. Ashcraft-Parent
Gayle E. Ashcraft-Parent, age 66, of Caseyville, IL, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Thursday, February 22, 2024. She was born November 15, 1957 in Pine Bluff, AR.
She is preceded in death by her parents, David and Margie (Buddy) nee Bachelor Ashcraft and one brother, David Ashcraft.
Gayle was a mental health professional for over 20 years.
She loved to help people, was outgoing and had the best personality. She loved her children,
grandchildren and her cat, Fluffy Pumpkin.
Surviving are her son; Christopher (Topper) (Kat McClendon) Parent of Maumelle, AR, and her daughter, Gabrielle (Paul Loughman) Parent of Collinsville, IL. Also surviving are 5 grandchildren, Tye, Coltin, Baby Gabrielle, Charlotte and Rileigh.
Memorials are requested to the family and may be mailed to the funeral home.
A Celebration of Gayle’s life will be held on Saturday, March 23, 2024 at the Caseyville VFW, 415 North Long Street, Caseyville, IL from 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm.
