Obituary for Lana A. Flowers
Lana A. (nee Acker) Flowers, age 74, of Belleville, IL, passed away Thursday, June 29, 2023 at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis, MO.
She was born January 8, 1949 in Belleville, IL to the late Woodrow and Helen (nee Frantz) Acker. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Flowers and one brother, Darnel Acker.
Lana was a homemaker and a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Smithton, IL.
She is survived by her son, Jeff (Sue) Leonard of Arnold, MO; one brother, Randy (Kim) Acker of Collinsville, IL; and one sister, Judy McDaniel of Belleville, IL; a granddaughter and great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Disabled American Veterans.
