Leo G. Hulcer, Jr., age 67, of Collinsville, Illinois, formerly of Florissant, Missouri, born November 18, 1953 in St. Louis, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Clayton, Missouri.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Leo G. and Dorothy (nee Bielicki) Hulcer, Sr.
Lee retired in 2020 from Hertz Car Rental – St. Louis location, after 41 years.
Surviving are his wife, Terry L. Hoppes Hulcer of Collinsville, IL; one daughter, Abbey Hulcer of St. Louis, MO; one step-daughter, Lori (Brandon) Ochs of Aurora, CO; one step-son, Curt (Jennifer) Hoppes of Collinsville, IL; one brother, Larry (Colleen) Hulcer of St. Louis, MO and 8 step-grandchildren. He also has numerous nieces, nephews and cousins that will miss him dearly.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions there will be no services.
