Rita J. Fouts, nee Baker, age 70, of Maryville, IL, born July 31, 1950 in Chickasha, OK, passed away Sunday, March 28, 2021 at Elmwood Nursing & Rehab Center in Maryville, IL.
Rita is preceded in death by her husband, Bill J. Fouts, her parents, Jim R. and Ruby N. (nee Messick) Baker and her step-mother, Phyllis J. Baker.
Surviving are cousins, Bob and Frankie Brady of Glen Carbon, IL.
Memorials are requested to Shriner’s Hospital for Children or St. John’s United Church of Christ in Collinsville, IL and may be mailed to the funeral home.
Graveside services will be held.
