Obituary for Ronald E. Rampold
Ronald (Ron) E. Rampold, age 69, of Collinsville, Illinois, born July 29, 1947 in
East St. Louis, Illinois, passed away Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at Eden Village
Care Center in Glen Carbon, Illinois.

Ron was a proud Vietnam War veteran, serving in the U. S. Marine Corps. He
worked in the records management department for the U. S. Government in St. Louis, MO for many years. He was a member of S. S. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Collinsville and the Knights of Columbus Council #1712.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Theodora (nee Syzdek) Rampold.

Ron in survived by two daughters, Mandy Rampold of Glen Carbon, IL and Bridgette Rampold; one brother, Thomas (Tamara) Rampold of Collinsville, IL, grandchildren and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, February 20, 2017 from 4:00 until 7:00 p. m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a. m. on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at S. S. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Collinsville with Father John Beveridge officiating.

Burial will follow at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, MO.
