Scott A. Maxville, age 29, born November 22, 1989 in Maryville, IL, passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at Bronson Hospital in Kalamazoo, MI.
He is survived by his father, Andre S. (Krista) Warren of Edwardsville, IL, his mother, Colette D. (nee Maxville) (Robert) Schultz of Maryville, IL, his brother, Brendan Warren of Edwardsville, IL, and his sister, Hollie Schultz of Maryville, IL. Also surviving are his paternal grandparents, Sherri (Lindel) Oliver of Collinsville, IL and Robert Warren of Marco Island, FL; maternal grandparents, Dale A. (Karen) Maxville, Sr. of Collinsville, IL; and one uncle, Dr. Dale A. Maxville, Jr. of St. Louis, MO.
Scott is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Carol Maxville and great grandparents, William and Isabelle Wurtz.
Memorial donations are requested to the Bronson Methodist Hospital Hospitality House, 527 West South Street, Kalamazoo, MI 49007 or The Open Doors Shelter, P. O. Box 50102, Kalamazoo, MI 49005 and will also be accepted at the funeral home.

Visitation will be held Monday, April 15, 2019 from 4:00 until 8:00 p. m. at the Allan & Ciuferi Funeral Home, 314 West Main Street, Collinsville, IL.
Funeral service will be on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 at 10:30 a. m. at the funeral home with Brother Sherman Smith will officiating.
Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Glen Carbon, IL.
