Obituary for Virginia L. "Jimmie" Euno
Virginia L. "Jimmie" Euno, age 94, of Edwardsville, formerly of Collinsville, IL, passed away Monday, October 13, 2014 at University Nursing & Rehab in Edwardsville, IL. She was born August 5, 1920 in Collinsville, IL to the late William A. and Ottilie W. (nee Ruppel) Euno. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by four sisters, Wilma Bishop, Betty Stanis, Thelma Best and Marion Wittmann. Jimmie was a bookkeeper for Mercantile Bank in St. Louis, MO for many years. She is a member of St. John's United Church of Christ in Collinsville. She is survived by one sister, Doris Carpenter of California and several nieces and nephews. Memorials are requested to St. John's United Church of Christ in Collinsville, IL. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at 10:30 a. m. at the Allan & Ciuferi Funeral Home in Collinsville. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery, Collinsville, IL.
